I am an EMDR trained and spiritually informed therapist who will help you get to your goals quickly. I counsel from a trauma perspective - you will feel better quickly in my care. In addition to EMDR, I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, mindfulness, cognitive, and somatic therapies. I am an anxiety specialist and will teach you tangible and practical tools to reduce your anxiety from your very first session. I am solutions focused and will take seriously your deep desire for lasting change. I will provide a safe space for you to explore the many circumstances that have brought you to this point.
