Each one of us experiences a time of difficulty in our journey of life. Navigating challenging relationships, struggling with loss, grief, loneliness, facing tough transitions in our personal, academic, or professional life, and grappling with difficult memories from childhood experiences. When it feels like you are all alone, no one understands you, your emotions, and what you are going through seeking professional support can be empowering and an essential step towards clarity and healing. As a clinical therapist of color, I am dedicated to empowering adolescents and adults during a vulnerable time in life when you need a compassionate, supportive professional partner to walk with you. My lived experience as a Black, immigrant woman, and my professional experiences provide a deep understanding of race, trauma, & cultural beliefs about healing.
