I am a Doctor of Behavioral Health (DBH) and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 18 years of clinical experience, as well as a former D1 Athlete. I am passionate about integrative healthcare and assisting individuals to expand their capacity for success and live their best life while reducing the effects of stress and chronic disease in the body. I offer adult therapy treatment for: Depression, Anxiety, Substance Abuse, Life Transitions, Stress Related Issues, Women's Issues, and all Pre-Natal & Postpartum Issues.
