Free first session—therapy is a big step so I want you to feel comfortable in the decision of whether we're a good fit for what you're needing. Therapy is a unique space to heal painful wounds, interact with unhealthy patterns of relationships in an effort to create more fulfilling ones, improve communication, and open yourself to new and better experiences and relationships. I currently work with adult individuals and couples, particularly around attachment issues, intimacy struggles, identity development, sexual trauma/shame, grief, and more. I have extensive experience working with men’s issues, executives, and entrepreneurs.
