I can help with anxiety, depression, autism, trauma, relationships, divorce, ADHD, building boundaries and self-esteem, women's issues, children, adolescents, young adult and adult. I specialize in youth and young adults, and can help you find your way and lean-in to your true self. Trauma can keep us 'stuck' in life and we can work together to process and build new skills and thinking patterns. Just a little bit of attention to our thought processes can be vey powerful.
