I work with children, teens, adults, and families navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, trauma, and life transitions. Many clients seek therapy for anxiety and depression, or child and teen therapy during times of stress, change, or uncertainty. Often, clients appear to be holding things together on the outside while feeling stuck or disconnected inside. Therapy can be a space to slow down, feel understood, and begin making changes at a pace that feels safe and supportive. I also provide ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder support, collaborating with caregivers and, when appropriate, schools or other providers to support children, teens, and adults.
