My ideal client is someone who is open to the collaborative process of therapy. They are interested in being the experts of their own experiences, and pairing that expertise with research-based therapeutic methods to help them meet their goals. They may or may not know what to expect from therapy, but they are willing to give it a try with a therapist who is eager to understand them and their needs. They can be dealing with a multitude of issues, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, relationship struggles, career/education problems, etc. I hope to work with my clients to improve their lives through cooperation and intentionality.
