Danielle is a University of Texas at Arlington graduate in Clinical Social Work. Danielle has worked for years with individuals, couples, and families dealing with anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, transitions, T1D, nutrition, and mood disorders. The goal of therapy is to provide hope and clarity through counseling to people from all walks of life. Danielle serves clients ages 7 and up meeting in person or virtually. Danielle approaches therapy from a team effort viewpoint between the client and therapist. Both members bring vital skills that promote growth. Currently accepting Louisiana and Virginia clients! Danielle believes in implementing practical and research-based practices as well as including the client's natural support system in treatment. I have specialized training in trauma counseling that I have seen work for multiple clients including children, adults, first responders, and veterans. I am specialized in nutrition in regards to mental health.
