I strive to help form the questions that need to be asked, to discern that which is in your control, to divine the source of your pain, and to use humor, laughter, tears and plain talk to make sense of your world; to motivate and help create an authentic healthier you. Over a 30 year career, I've acquired experience that includes: counseling and therapy, program management, training and consultation.
