Life can be an emotional roller coaster presenting us with highs and lows. My goal is to assist individuals in finding the opening to their life's mazes. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I take pride in providing support to those in need and it is a blessing to assist others in their walks of life. Within counseling, I seek to assist in helping you find the path that is best for you while being an open, unbiased audience. Let's begin the process of learning to spread your wings and fly! My specialties include self- care/ compassion, mindfulness and stress/ anxiety management . I utilize mindfulness techniques, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, as well as Solution Focused Therapy as a means to assist individuals process through the difficult times that individuals may be encountering.
