I have been practicing therapy for over 12 years working mostly with adults. Along the way I have learned that each individual person has exactly what they need to heal and grow within themselves! This means I work as a guide to help you discover how to best use your tools and abilities in order for your emotional system to work in harmony together. We will work as a team to help your system use these tools to work with feelings of being stuck, sad, tired, anxious, overwhelmed, unmotivated, and lonely or any emotions that feel unmanageable.
