Hi there, I'm Corey! I have been in the field of mental health for a total of 24 years. I provide mental health care from a Cognitive Behavioral orientation. However, I utilize a variety of clinical strategies across psychological modalities. As a Clinician, I describe my approach as very 'hands-on' and 'engaged' throughout the therapeutic process. Compassion and empathy are key aspects of my professional identity. Maintaining a broad perspective on life, tolerating ambiguity, and recognizing the restorative value in traits such as humility and meekness (power under control) are sometimes emphasized as meaningful ways forward.
