I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), licensed in multiple states, and I specialize in working with adults in every season of life. I support clients facing anxiety, depression and other mood concerns, grief and loss, relationship stress, career and workplace challenges, parenting concerns, and the complexities of caring for aging parents and navigating family dynamics. My approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and we’ll work together to identify coping skills and solutions that fit your unique needs and goals. I draw from CBT, solution-focused therapy, and EMDR-informed strategies to help you create meaningful, lasting change.
