We all have patterns, or habits, in the way in which we relate with ourselves, others, the world. Some of these patterns serve us well, and some of them don't; some of them served us well at some point in our lives, and they no longer do. My approach seeks to balance the compassion to be with and accept where you are now, with the courage to step in a new direction, to create new ways of relating with yourself and the world. I have experience working with children, families and adults, with specific focuses on anxiety and OCD, trauma, depression, oppositional behavior and family relationships, transitions, and substance abuse.
