Whether you have previously seen other therapists or if this is your first time seeking help, I am an active and curious therapist which tends to make it easier to engage in this process. I believe that every one of us deserves to live the fullest life we can, even with the very real obstacles that stand in our way. Although I have worked successfully with a variety of clients in various settings, my specialty is how folks relate to others. I also work with individuals struggling to live the life they want in the presence of anxiety, depression, stress or grief.
