Hi, I’m glad you’re here. Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I want you to know that you don’t have to do it alone. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with experience working with kids, teens, adults, and families, and my goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and understood. In our work together, I’ll meet you where you are—whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, College, relationship challenges, or just feeling stuck. I use a mix of approaches like CBT, mindfulness, and strength-based techniques, but more than anything. Clients can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space where they can feel heard and understood. My goal is for you to leave sessions with a greater sense of clarity, new tools to manage stress or difficult emotions, and practical strategies you can use in your daily life.
