Hello, my name is Cori Harral, and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in San Diego, CA working with clients throughout the state of California. I work with clients to focus on building emotional resilience and personal growth to help improve their wellbeing. I have worked with a variety of clients and work to adjust to the needs of each client. I frequently focus on emotional regulation therapy to help lessen and manage symptoms of depression, anxiety, and stress. Together we work to develop skills that work best for the client and improve their emotional awareness with mindfulness.
