I believe that every individual has the innate ability to grow, heal, and find fulfillment in life. I strongly believe it is my role as a counselor to foster a safe and empathetic space for you to explore your concerns and life stressors, understand and express your emotions, and discover a path forward in healing together. I see myself as a facilitator and companion on your path to self-understanding and positive change. I work with adolescents and adults. My approach to counseling is eclectic in nature, using multiple trauma-informed methods to meet each client’s unique needs. These methods include but are not limited to, Attachment-Based Therapy, Trauma-Informed Parts Work, and Narrative Therapy approaches.
