My clients may be navigating big life transitions, healing from toxic relationships (emotional, physical, or narcissistic abuse), managing the challenges of parenting, motherhood, divorce, or working through long-standing anxiety, depression, or self-doubt. Many come in feeling overwhelmed, stuck in people-pleasing, or disconnected from their own needs and identity. They want a space that feels safe and real, where they can laugh, learn, and grow. Together we’ll explore the roots of old patterns, build practical tools for emotional regulation and boundaries, and strengthen a sense of self-trust while creating a life of their own. I support individuals in working through anxiety, depression, parenting and people-pleasing, as well as those healing from difficult or unhealthy relationship patterns — including narcissistic abuse, divorce, and co-parenting challenges. Together, we’ll explore your story with compassion, and build practical tools for meaningful and lasting change.
