Do you ever feel lost, anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from your true self? Shaped by high expectations—often cultural or familial—you may feel torn between who you’re supposed to be and who you really are. I work with driven individuals, especially second-gen children of immigrants, who are navigating identity struggles and the pressure to succeed. Do you ever feel like you're having the same argument over and over again, with no clear resolution? Do you want to deepen your relationship and break free from unproductive communication patterns? I also support couples who want things to change, but don't know how to do it. My work centers around supporting Asian Americans, BIPOC, and LGBTQIA+ high-achievers break free from people pleasing and burnout, heal from relational and intergenerational trauma, and create the life they want for themselves. Lastly, I support couples reconnect to each other and cultivate a deeper relationship with each other.
