Welcome! I'm so very happy you've decided to visit my page, and even if you don't choose me, I wish you the very best. My name is Corinne, and as a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am committed to partnering with my clients to create plans of action that will result in more positive, lasting outcomes. I believe that clients are the experts of their experiences, and my job is to support them in their journey of finding and nurturing their inner strength. I have experience with clients of diverse backgrounds, struggling with a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, life adjustments, OCD, and stress. I have worked in a myriad of settings, including nursing homes and schools, and have found from my journey that everyone is unique in their needs and in the treatment that works best for them. I utilize techniques from CBT, ACT, Mindfulness Based, Trauma Focused, and Family Systems theories, among others, to meet the needs of a wide range of clients.
