As a therapist serving Orange County, I support individuals navigating emotional pain, recurring patterns, and the lasting impact of childhood and relational experiences. While growth can bring clarity and freedom, it often requires facing fears and unresolved hurts that make change feel overwhelming. Healing happens through insight, compassion, and new experiences that help repair what was once injured. I have aided people in this process in a variety of settings including substance abuse treatment and family agencies. I have worked with children, adolescents and adults with a myriad of mental health related struggles. I have experience working with families and couples in different modalities including co-parenting counseling and reunification therapy.
