Sometimes we all get stuck in life and need a greater level of help and/or guidance than our friends and family might be able to provide. My goal is to help people figure out where they are, where they want to be, what the barriers might be, and how they can get there. I have practical experience and am comfortable working with a wide variety of clients and issues. I have over two decades of experience in the field. I have extensive experience working with trauma survivors, people who are struggling with alcohol and/or drug issues/addiction and their family members, couples and family members who are dealing with barriers to healthy communication, people who are coping with grief, as well as an array of other issues.
