Hi! I’m Cornelia. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and provide therapy to adults across Florida and Indiana. (Hablo Espanol). If you feel as if your mind is constantly being bombarded by thoughts and don't know how to stop them, whether you feel depressed, anxious or angry. I can teach you specific techniques to help the mind from racing. I use evidenced based techniques such as mindfulness (how to be in the present), cognitive behavioral therapy (relationship between thoughts, feelings and behavior and Dialectical Behavioral therapy (how to manage your emotions).
