I believe at some time in our lives all of us face significant challenges and problems. It is natural to seek support when you are faced with stress, trauma, communication issues, depression, addiction, coping with illness or being a caregiver. It is my hope to work with you to define the problems you face, determine your goals and work with you to make your life better. As a licensed Clinical Social Worker in Maryland I have been providing counseling to adults, couples, children and families for over 20 years. For me an important part of counseling is forming a partnership with the people I see and to address their concerns in a way that they feel listened to, understood and supported. While I have been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gestalt Therapy and Mindfulness Meditation techniques, I work to find the best approaches.
