At Corona Counseling, I enjoy working with clients from all backgrounds and life situations. I often deal with clients who suffer from depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. The majority of the goals for clients I see include communication skills, improving self-esteem, and utilizing coping techniques to improve overall mood and stress levels. I utilize CBT techniques, focused on thought processes. I also enjoy teaching mindfulness techniques. Many times I utilize worksheets, however, I also enjoy just being there for my clients as a person to bounce ideas off of and as a person of support.
