Life can be hard sometimes…difficult to see a path ahead clearly…struggling to identify what needs changing…or how to cope with all of life’s complexities. I can help guide you in that process! I believe that for the therapeutic process to be effective, a partnership must be formed with a real and genuine connection. I want to collaborate with you to form goals and assess progress along the way. Every individual is unique, that is why I tailor my approach to meet the needs of each person I work with. I want to encourage and empower people to search for meaning and live authentically. Typically, I counsel within a holistic and existential framework. I am a licensed professional counselor and a registered art therapist. I specialize working with anxiety, depression, trauma, mood and personality disorders, identity confusion, LGBTQIA+ and non-conforming folks, as well as other adjustment and transitional concerns.
