My goal is to provide a secure place where you can discover your awesomeness. Using openness, curiosity, and humor, I will be right by your side as you work through the difficulties of the past. Trauma, addiction, relationship/attachment difficulties, and the emotional pain you're experiencing will begin to resolve as you are not just accepted, but actually celebrated for all that you are! I approach problems from an attachment-based perspective and utilize EMDR, DBT, EFT, and ACT modalities to find solutions to what is causing you trouble. While my specialties are working with addiction and trauma, I see individuals and couples with a variety of issues.
