“I work with people who are reflective, sensitive, and ready to engage change in a deeper, embodied way. I’m a licensed clinical social worker and somatic practitioner with a foundation in nature-based therapy and experiential approaches. My work emphasizes nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, and self-trust. Many of my clients are highly sensitive or empathic and are seeking to feel more grounded, coherent, and at home in themselves as they move forward. Sessions may be outdoors and include walking or land-based practices. I offer nature-based sessions at Wilder-Nest Retreats near Masonville, west of Fort Collins.
