I am currently taking clients. I believe in the importance of providing a therapeutic environment that is safe, supportive and non-judgmental. We will explore tools and strategies to help you better understand, communicate, and connect with yourself and those you love. I believe in the inner wisdom and strength within each of us, which leads to the potential for creating the life we want. I am genuine, accepting and empathic because my experience has been clients are better able to make healthy changes when these factors are present. Through a holistic lens, I offer and co-create that space with you and for you.
