My name is Irving Schattner. I am a licensed clinical social worker / psychotherapist with over 30 years of experience helping individuals, couples and families find solutions to real-life challenges and problems. I've helped people overcome additions; repair, enhance and invigorate relationships (or move on from destructive relationships); overcome anxiety, sadness and depression; find new meaning beyond grief and loss; explore career, work and vocational goals; and develop healthy ways of getting needs and expectations met by learning how to manage or channel conflicts or anger.
