Welcome! Change is difficult for all of us and we all move at our own pace. As a counselor, I am here to help you process your thoughts and feelings in a safe environment. I will help facilitate the changes you would like to make, as well as achieve the goals you set for yourself. My specialties are anxiety, depression, highly sensitive people, and couples counseling.
