I provide trauma therapy and PTSD treatment for adults across Kentucky through secure telehealth, with a Lexington, KY service-area focus. I help adults experiencing PTSD symptoms, trauma-related anxiety, intrusive memories, hypervigilance, panic, nightmares, and emotional numbness. My work is trauma-informed and evidence-based, using EMDR therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to help clients process trauma, reduce PTSD symptoms, and build practical coping skills.
