Hello! I'm so happy you're here, whether this be your first time making the brave decision to strengthen your mental health, or if you have been to counseling before- you are all welcome here! My name is Courteney Nickodem and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor-Supervisor who has a passion for helping, supporting and encouraging my clients in a direct and result oriented setting. I utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques including: cognitive behavioral therapy, client centered therapy, strength based intervention, as well as an option to provide faith based therapy. I work with individuals with a wide variety of mental health concerns, which include but are not limited to, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, mood, anger management, adjustment disorders and behavioral concerns.
