I have experience working with people of all ages through anxiety, depression, substance abuse and trauma. I have 25 years of experience helping people with various mental health challenges. My goal is to help you reach your true potential by assisting you overcoming your barriers and walk with you on your journey. I also work with couples to help them to rebuild their relationships, resolve conflict and develop effective communication while learning how to support one another. I am Gottman Certified Level I. My approach in counseling is holistic approach. I focus on how the mind and body connection and utilized mindfulness in practice.
