I am a therapist who “meets you where you are”. Regardless of your cultural identity, political stance or spiritual path, we can find a way to work together for you. I have focused my practice on individuals 18 and older who are struggling with depression, anxiety, substance related issues, bi-polar disorder, anger management, life transitions, PTSD as well as managing the stressors of everyday life. I have training in assessing the needs of those I work with, and I integrate different approaches into each session based off your needs. I am also trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and supportive psychotherapy.
