We are social creatures and are meant to experience life in relationships. I work to create a safe and non-judgmental space for discussion of personal goals, struggles, and triumphs. I focus on meeting you where you are and empowering you to make your life the one you want to live. We will focus on building new skills and transforming old habits. All of this can only occur if you feel safe, seen, heard, and accepted in all that you are. I assist clients through struggles with anxiety, depression, and life transitions in the age range of 5 years of age and older.
