I'm an LCPC licensed in Montana, Oregon and Idaho. I am trauma, grief and polyvagal informed. I provide therapy for adolescents and adults focusing on early attachment strategies and wounds that impact mental and emotional health as well as social functioning. I provide person-centered therapy using Cognitive Behavioral, Solution-Focused, and Strengths-Based interventions in a trauma informed manner.
