Life often presents us with overwhelming and unexpected challenges- be it a newly diagnosed and/ or chronic illness, the monumental task of being a caregiver for a family member, or the death of someone we love. When confronted alone, these issues may leave you feeling anxious, depressed and uncertain about the future. As a licensed mental health professional, my role is to provide you with the necessary education, tools and support to navigate your journey towards personal growth. In doing so, I use a variety of evidence-based interventions to support your unique needs, values and goals in a safe and judgement free manner.
