Hi there! My name is Courtney Carlson and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist. I have a background in working with a diverse range of clients (children, families, adults) in a variety of settings (school-based, outpatient, long term residential settings). Currently, I focus on providing individual therapy for transitional-aged youth (18-24) and adults. Clients that I work with come to therapy due to feeling stuck in cognitive, emotional, and behavioral patterns that are no longer serving them. We work together to build awareness around these patterns, explore where they came from, and discover new perspectives.
