At Rooted Resilience Counseling, I embrace the belief that each of us possesses the strength to transform our lives, even when faced with overwhelming challenges. I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, and life transitions. I also work with clients impacted by childhood trauma, pregnancy loss, infertility, grief, and the prenatal and postpartum seasons. Using an integrative, evidence-based approach, I offer a safe, collaborative space where clients feel empowered to explore and heal. As a Certified Trauma Professional, I specialize in how trauma affects the nervous system and am dedicated to guiding clients toward healing. I’m trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and am a Compassionate Bereavement Care Provider through The MISS Foundation. Additionally, I use parts work and aspects of CBT in my approach.
