I work with individuals to explore their inner world, build resilience through current stressors and past trauma, and celebrate their authentic selves. I also work with parents and families that need help supporting kiddos who may be emotionally dysregulated, oppositional, or anxious. We’ll cover things like regulation skills, handling resistance, setting boundaries without constant conflict & taking care of you in the middle of it all. At the heart of my practice is a large, vibrant art studio, thoughtfully designed to be a sanctuary for self-expression. While creative outlets are always an option, my goal is use whatever form of communication works best for you.
