Todays’ challenges can seem overwhelming. Many find that their “typical tools” of coping are just not getting them through the day anymore. I am a licensed therapist with 15 years of experience helping people gain insights into their life that help them to not just survive but to thrive. I work collaboratively with clients to help remove barriers that are getting in the way of who they want to be and the life they want to live. I use a non-judgmental and engaging style to help create insights to cultivate the right skills, find meaning and create a pathway forward with my clients.
