I’m drawn to working with people who feel stuck—around food, body image, intimacy, or emotions—and are longing for a place where they can feel safe, seen, and understood. I work with individuals and couples ages 10 and up who carry a lot inside and may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or hard on themselves. Whether navigating eating disorders, perinatal or postpartum changes, relationship stress, or general mental health concerns, I consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they find relief, rebuild trust with themselves, and deepen connection with those they love.
