Quality therapy is often not the most-marketed approach. Society loves to push the simple, the extreme, the “take this or do that!” But what if you tried different advice, proposed “fixes,” even previous therapy and still feel unfulfilled? I know, a daunting task, but therapy from a fitting professional can help you unlock the personalized strategies and meaning-making to live a fulfilling life! Contrary to popular belief, I don’t actually “analyze” clients. Instead, I am well-trained in helping clients feel comfortable exploring difficult and important things, and together crafting personal, sustainable approaches to coping, processing, connecting, finding meaning, and growing. Approaches rooted in science, as well as "gut," art, and meaning.
