My ideal client is a preteen or teen struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, or relationship issues. They may feel alone, have low self-esteem, struggle with panic attacks, suicidal or self harmed, depressed and find it hard to express their needs. Often unsure of what they want, they may be resistant to therapy at first but are seeking honest support and connection.
