Therapy with me starts the moment you walk into the room and I aim to empower you through truly identifying and processing what you've been holding close to your chest. I offer you the mirror, held with compassion, and the powerful transformation that comes with looking into it. With authenticity and a bit of well placed irreverence, I use relational therapy and evidence-based practices such as EMDR and DBT to help clients lean into their experiences and transform into the person they want to be or learn to overcome and work with difficult family members and loved ones.
