Through my holistic approach to therapy, I see you as a whole person on a path toward healing in a compassionate, collaborative, respectful, and non-judgmental manner - you can learn that success is possible! I primarily offer integrative therapies, including equine-assisted psychotherapy (horses as co-facilitators), ecotherapy (nature-based), expressive arts, somatic (mind-body), mindfulness (being in the present), EMDR, and relational therapy (improving relationship functioning). I specialize in working with clients ages 8 - 85 who would like to live a life free of pain and struggle.
