Hello and welcome! My name is Courtney and I am a compassionate and open-minded mental health therapist located in West Des Moines. I enjoy working with individuals aged 12 through adulthood with particular interest in trauma/PTSD, women's issues, anxiety disorders, insomnia, and sexual strain/dysfunction. My approach is trauma-informed and empirically supported. I am trained in EMDR and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-i).
