There are many reasons people seek therapy and I understand that a one size all approach does not exist. What unites most people, though, is a desire to feel meaningful connection. Growing up with unpredictable caregivers can result in adopting a harsh inner critic, people pleasing, depression, anxiety and difficulty in romantic relationships or with our own children. I am here to help you heal from the past, set boundaries and begin to love yourself the way you deserve so that you can love others in a way you feel proud of.
